Cti has facilities to produce high integrity castings for the aerospace industry, and serves both the civil and military aircraft sectors. Using a range of casting methods, including sand casting, investment/lost wax castings, and the Replicast® process, we can produce components for applications across the aerospace sector in materials such as titanium, aluminium, steel and nickel superalloys.
Cti understands the needs of the aerospace industry – weight saving, increased operating temperatures and reduced whole life costs. By working with casting producers, end users and suppliers to the casting industry, Cti is able to provide independent and unbiased answers to the problems faced by these customers.

We are able to manufacture Sand Castings, up to a maximum finished weight 100Kgs, with Gravity Die castings up to 15Kgs and Investment Castings up to a 500mm cube, with batch sizes ranging from 1 offs up to thousands off.
We have both ISO 9001:2000 certification and as/en9100 approved castings Aerospace Std. approvals along with many other major company approvals including Airbus UK, Thales AVF, Thales Communications, FR Group, Goodrich, Ultra Electronics Group.
These have all been given due to the investment we have made, within the Group, into our non-destructive testing facilities that include fully approved Radiological and Dye Penetrant (Mechanical and Chemical Analysis).
