AAC Agusta Aerospace Corp
Together with several of our customers, Agusta Aerospace Corporation has established an A109/A119 Users-Manufacturer Technical Committee. The committee's intent is to be an additional vehicle for exchange of information among our customers, and to convey an effective feedback on maintenance, operation and design issues. The committee is not intended to replace the Operators' Roundtables that AAC has been conducting regularly through North and South America, but instead will be an opportunity for working sessions where subjects can be discussed in detail.

Responding to market demand, Agusta formed its North American subsidiary, then called Agusta Aviation, in 1981, with headquarters in Houston, TX. Now renamed Agusta Aerospace Corporation (AAC), to reflect its broader role and mission, the company operates out of a multi-million dollar, 75,000 square foot headquarters facility in Philadelphia, PA. United States, Canadian, South American, and Central American sales, along with service support, are conducted from AAC. Complete support capabilities include: helicopter airframes/sheet metal work and fabrications, helicopter component repair and overhaul agusta a109, agusta a109 helicopter spares and parts inventory, routine inspections, pilot and mechanic training, and A109/A119 helicopter completions, all provided from the fly-in service hangar located within the headquarters complex.
On October 29, 2004, AgustaWestland opened the expansion to the manufacturing facility of Agusta Aerospace Corporation, to build the A119 Koala helicopter used by civilian and law enforcement customers. This new facility adds a state-of-the-art, 40,000 square foot workspace with assembly, completion and flight-line hangar areas.
