We provide a full overhaul and EASA part 145 repair service. seat repair and overhaul and cabin engineering can be carried out both on wing and at our dedicated facility in Crawley, close to Gatwick Airport.
Our engineers carry out all seat checks, seat, rotable and bulkhead repairs, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year and whether our checks involve seats being removed or overhauled in-situ, we operate low cost preventative maintenance during turn-arounds. This reduces lost passenger places and generates better working and smarter looking seats.
We also carry out seat overhaul services at overseas hangar locations when requested and can offer storage facilities for aircraft seats that are not in use.

At Servecorp we take environmental responsibility very seriously and all operations are run to strict environmental legislation and to ensure environmental impact is minimised, especially in relation to waste disposal. Process waste is minimised for both economic and environmental reasons and only accredited specialist waste disposal companies are used where special disposal is required. The laundry and dry cleaning services have been specifically designed to suit the requirements of the airline industry. Our high speed industrial washers/extractors, drying and ironing machines ensure fast and efficient turnarounds and whilst the majority of the washing machines are large capacity we have deliberately maintained a mix of machine sizes in order to process the individual requirements of our customers.
Our dry cleaning machines have electronically controlled cleaning cycles to ensure items are processed for the best, cleanest results and longevity. When required we are able to design and implement special wash and drying programmes that complement the fabrics requirements and achieve the desired results, whether we are dry cleaning airline uniforms or aircraft seat covers.

We provide a care programme for all aspects of leather, both on and off the aircraft.We are fully approved by Andrew Muirhead to carry out refurbishment, restoration and re-colouring of leather. This includes a cleaning and life extension programme in conjunction with our repair, sew and build service.

From the minute the plane arrives we are on hand to carry out aircraft seat covers changing, headset supply and refurbishment, , flight deck cleaning, magazine and seat pocket item re-cycling and packaging and pillow re-casing.
We also provide a full complement of airline cabin support services which include, cutlery packaging, blanket folding, servicing of head rest covers, airline seat covers and soft furnishing repairs, specialised flight deck cleaning, full leather care service and we can also supply, prepare and install all types of aircraft carpets.
